No wait that's an easter egg by the background artist, nice! Tangential to that, there's lots of clowns here. Fair enough of Remele, we're not here for the art and we have no money so that's better to just shoo out right away. But you know what maybe we can just flatter our way out of this! All the drink is Faygo. At least the snacks are of good quality. This route is about Remele but we get some clown info that'll be useful! Let's see; Clowns love art, especially if it's violent or religious, and although Remele isn't the one to tell us we've already heard about the clown murder cult, wonder who told us? Alternia Nightly is apparently some form of magazine that exist. Aggresive ribbion swings, never knew I needed to see that before now. More worldbuilding, Trident Media. Might not be good to mention those particular friends to eachother. Also, unsurprisingly, Alternia barely has any copyright protections. Remele also knows fully well that she's copying off their stuff, she also doesn't give two \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665s about it. She's also in trouble with the museum across the street. Note; Remele claims to not be a theif or a hack.This is another time when you get 3 sets of choices except this one is a reference and it doesn't matter which one you pick they all give you the same thing, but it's a really cool idea! We're now the accomplice to yet more illegal things, well to be illegal things. Remele grabs her bag and off we go. Sweet an improvised bandanna! Now we both look (slightly on MCs part) like pirates! Dunno if heist movies on Alternia are just that accurate but Remele seems really good at all this for her first try. Or maybe it's just leftover luck from Ol' Mindfang blessing the most confident of ceruleans eternally? From what I remember that's how it was working out for Vriska anyway. Except that would just be silly wouldn't it? Remele "isn't that tall for a troll" so she's about average? Apparently whoever set the alarm wasn't counting on someone small coming through. Or someone hornless. Can't read which buttons to push but Remele describes them, and I still can't figure out which it is, somehow she knows what the code is? Still don't know if I should buy that this is Remele's first time trying this.. Also she might possibly have some psychic powers? I don't know if they're that common, I don't think Elwurd had any or at least she didn't try to read our mind.So diffrent tactics but wait. That was his apartment and not the rustie he was with? This guy also gets a textbox named "Purple" I guess that's his name now. Wonder if both of those are just what MC came up with? Not surprised that someone dying on opening night is a good thing here. Intresting, Remele says that we can lie low at her place for a few days while we plan the heist but in a later volume it's said that we only know what Remele's place look like from pictures she's posted... The only way to befriend art creators on Alternia is becoming their muse. I guess we just ran off once the drones cleared out so we wouldn't risk losing more blood to art?Anyway onward to our fifteenth friend Konyyl, think I might have to put most of hers in a comment.. These friendsims are just getting longer and more involved as we go! It's great <3 I think I need to get it out of the way first but I don't think she's Jasper (SU), her quirk just gives me the impression she talks the same way and she seems like that kind of gravely voice suits her, and wolverine was the animal not the X-Men, at least no more than Nepeta, she just has that wolverine\/badger attitude about her. So we're walking down an average road and behind one of the bushes is a big fierce troll. I guess we weren't ever much for fairy tales. We're not who she's looking for and our advice isn't helpful. And we see a troll adult, they're the tallest troll we've seen, and we're faced with the fact that everyone here is a kid stuck with all this death and terribleness. All troll adults are exiled from the planet but apparently some can just get down here anyway? Konyyls afraid of adults and hey this conversation won us some thoughness points! Remele is my new favorite art Vriska. and that bit where you cull a highblood together was aces, even better than the heist!. So I have the relatively-unique experience (I would say about 1\/288) that the symbol I am currently brandishing as my profile pic (07\/06\/2018), my Extended Zodiac symbol - Scorgo - has come to pass as one of the trolls in this volume, Remele Namaaq. Just wanted to celebrate that for a moment, in that presumably she would be the closest to me by way of personality.And truly, I found both Remele and Konyyl a lot of fun. Remele's adventure, for being so art-centric, was surprisingly murderous. And Konyyl's, for being set about a murderous objective, centered more around her flushed and black feelings. Don't think I didn't notice that! As like with the previous volume, we also see the return of the trend where a troll from a previous volume returns for another minor role, which is a feature of the game I'm starting to adore. And in addition to that, the fact that our clothing changes are now continually referenced, and that we obtained something in Konyyl's route that might help us out later, I can't help but speculate if the FriendSim volumes will progress to a story beyond just meeting and befriending trolls as supplemental material for HiveSwap.This was a good one.. its very good; clarifies some long-standing confusion in troll matuation, has a returning character, the main two trolls are likable and interesting, and boths routes are a pretty decent lengthonly problem i have is inconsistency with descriptions of blood color, im a real stickler when it comes to wording i guessat one point purple is described as violet, which is the official term for sea dwellers blood that arent fuchsia, and not long after that remele is described as having cerulean blood rather than blue, although honestly i prefer the term cerulean anyway and most people do im sure so, shrugemoji
